Lots of good recipes for the ketogenic diet.
The book was good. It explained the Keto diet well.
Provided some information but not as nearly what i thought would be helpful.
The recipes included are the opposite of keto...
Well, the first 10 recipes give the net carbs, but if you are serious about the keto lifestyle, you need to know the number of TOTAL carbs. However, the other recipes don't show ANY nutritional breakdown. Useless to those of us that need to know the number of carbs, proteins, and fats. DELETE.
This is not a book for the Keto lifestyle. It is okay for a body builder or for the typical person who eats a much higher carb rate per day as well as root veggies and pasta. On Keto those are not eaten and are in some of the recipes. I was disappointed as the title is misleading.
this book is nothing like the ketogenic principles that are taught by the best selling authors. Ketogenic diets are low carb, high fat. This book has recipes that include pasta, corn and potatoes. These are NOT keto-friendly foods. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone interested in a true ketogenic diet
